The Octamec Group's foray into the aviation sector was kick-started by acquiring a majority shareholding in Pushpaka Aviation which was the first private Indian aviation company to schedule international flights.

The company has its own MRO facility located at Mumbai's Juhu Airport and offers the following services:

• Passenger charter works
• Logistic support
• Maintenance repair operations
• Aerial and crop spraying contracts

Since Octamec's takeover Pushpaka Aviation is fast turning into various state governments preferred vendor due to its impeccable track record of executing contracts even under harsh conditions and tight time schedules.
